THE COUPLE While Tiffany Renwick and Kendall Murphy weren’t technically high school sweethearts, they’ve known each other since childhood and even went to junior prom together. The couple reconnected in DC while Kendall, based in Arizona at the time, was on a business trip. Sparks flew, and so did Kendall—he returned to DC the following weekend, this time just for Tiffany. Six months later, he proposed at their first date spot with a glimmering custom oval diamond on a platinum setting. Of course, Tiffany said yes!
THE PARTY The couple opted for a dazzling destination wedding in wine country, specifically Napa, where they grew up. For these avid golf fans, the Chardonnay Golf Club was a natural venue choice, and the day boasted several chic nods to the game—Kendall and his groomsmen sported Air Max 270s provided by Nike (a client of the groom’s), and party favors included customized golf balls for guests. The reception featured a roomy white tent with sparkling chandeliers, tunes by Tiffany’s childhood friend DJ LP and a spectacular sparkler sendoff. Says Tiffany, “Dancing in a meadow after our vows felt like heaven on earth.”
THE HONEYMOON Tiffany and Kendall have yet to embark on their honeymoon. The newlyweds plan to explore Ghana at the end of the year to celebrate a calendar change and another lovely spin around the sun.
