The charitable celeb interiors guru works from coast to coast and has installed full-scale projects on a hilltop in St. Barts—but he prefers to work locally. This year, look for an expanded line with Arteriors, with new sizes and variations on mirrors and benches.

Masterpiece Staging & Design (by appointment only) Tiffany Hardgrave and her team recently landed on HGTV for their work, which centers on memorable art and high-end accessories (antique ostrich eggs), a trio of interior designers on-site for every staging, and a FIT-trained photo stylist. The result: A recent Northwest Colonial never made it to the open house; after staging, it sold for $75,000 over list price.

Networks (12250 Wilkins Ave., Rockville, Md.) The tech integration firm once created a custom $1 million-plus system for a client’s second home—the lead programmer went halfway across the country to match the main abode. Then there’s the hidden wine-room cellar behind a panel in the living room.

Rachel Rosenthal Organizing Expert (by appointment only) The mom of twins is an expert in keeping kids’ rooms clutter-free (plus organizing pied-a-tierres). She’s even transported a 1,000-plus Lego creation to another state.

1331 (1331 Maryland Ave. SW) Robert A.M. Stern was tapped by Republic Properties to design the 14-story residential apartment building near the Jefferson Memorial. A highlight: the rooftop, with a glassy pavilion with an infinity pool, two private club rooms and lounge.

Forma Design (by appointment only) Architect Andreas Charalambous and his award-winning team are incredible, with recent work like a flat at 3303 Water St., with a custom sculptural fireplace and views of the Georgetown canal. Up next: an Adams Morgan penthouse renovation.
