Join Chef Hans Borén, Chef Johan Björkmanand Chef Jakob Esko for the culinary celebration of Scandinavian cuisine. The Grill Room will present two lunches from 11:30am-2:30pm and two dinners 6:00pm-10:00pm. Lunch will have three courses and dinner, six courses. These award winning chefs will bring a taste of Scandinavia to Washington, DC, using locally sourced ingredients.
