Kathy Hollinger is the queen of the culinary scene. The beloved president and CEO of the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (ramw.org) has the scoop on the District’s top dining establishments, chefs and mixologists. And she and her team will be serving up the best of the best at the annual RAMMY Awards June 30.
