For Homaira Karimi, global real estate advisor at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, the ultimate Dynamic Woman understands that real success never comes at the expense of others. “She is someone who creates a place for herself in the world while also lifting those around her,” Karimi says. “I envision a Dynamic Woman as being confident and authentic, a trailblazer who is fueled by supporting and embracing others’ triumphs.”
Karimi, whose career centers around relationships, also believes women are the backbone of the communities in which they live. Serving on the host committee for the annual Celebrate Logan event, she leverages her network to benefit the local nonprofit, N Street Village. “The Village’s mission supports local women experiencing homelessness,” Karimi says. “NSV provides housing, education, and career tools, with the goal of establishing a foundation that enables the women to lead prosperous lives.”
Creating a secure future as an independent woman is crucial in Karimi’s eyes. While her clients come from a variety of backgrounds, she is particularly proud that nearly 20 percent have been strong, capable women working to intentionally build their wealth and financial stability. “Further empowering these women through real estate is one of the biggest successes I can count in my career,” she says.
It is by bringing her clients’ dreams to life that Karimi finds inspiration. “I’m passionate about my career because not only do I love the work, but it also has such a positive impact,” she says. “It’s an honor to be part of such an incredibly meaningful and significant aspect of someone’s life.”
