Her unique background also includes an Accredited Staging Professional designation, which sets her apart from most agents who need to outsource staging, usually at their clients' expense. Not only does Shoshanna offer staging as a free service on her listings, but she also guides her clients on making appropriate improvements to their homes.
As a mother of three, Shoshanna also understands both the unique needs of families and the logistical challenges of buying and selling homes when you need to factor in schools, after-school activities and nap schedules. When she is not styling and selling homes, Shoshanna is usually at home with her family or out supporting her local community in Alexandria.
