After founder, owner, and nurse practitioner Ashley Carmen got her start in the Medical Intensive Care Unit working alongside a talented Head of Plastic Surgery, she was practically dragged to her first botox appointment by a friend. Soon after, Carmen found her interest in the aesthetic industry, eventually opening her own business: Aiyana Atelier. She uses her experience in the ICU, which taught her to trust her gut, along with her aesthetic eye and attention to detail to achieve the best results for her clients. She believes that thorough patient consultation is key to providing services tailored to every budget and comfort level. Working hard to continue her education, Carmen is always learning the most up-to-date techniques, products, and treatments that fuel an informative, realistic, and achievable treatment plan for all of her patients.

She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with others in the industry within the walls of Aiyana Atelier in a unique, immersive, and intimate training experience offering private and small group settings. She also continues to support her community of Old Town and has a lot of exciting local partnered events planned.
