Chef/Owner Emily Sprissler is teaming up with Claude Thibaut and Manuel Janisson of Charlottesville, Virginia's Thibaut-Janisson Winery to host a one-of-a-kind dinner with a focus on fall flavors and ingredients.
Guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Sprissler along with a prized selection of wines and champagne handpicked by Thibaut and Janisson; wines will be pulled from Thibaut-Janisson Winery and champagne from Janisson & Fils.
