You may recognize Katelyn Pankoke from her stint on Project Runway designing evening gowns (she even made a gown for Heidi Klum to wear in a fragrance campaign). She parlayed that experience into a successful bridal salon, Elaya Vaughn, in Chicago. But luckily for brides-to-be in DC, she recently relocated and opened up an outpost in Eastern Market.
