Residents of the DMV can explore the exclusive pop-up event from now until Monday, April 3.
The L'Art & La Matière perfume collection is the center of this exciting luxury pop-up event. The collection features 22 unisex eau de parfums, all of which can be customized down to the design of the cap, nameplate, cord, and seal. Perhaps the best part is that each perfume bottle can be saved and refilled in select Guerlain boutiques around the world.

Special for this spring pop-up, explore the brand’s newest fragrance, Jasmin Bonheur, of the Guerlain x Maison Matisse Collaboration. The art-inspired collection features three limited-edition pieces.
“If Jasmin Bonheur were a masterpiece, it would be a creation by Henri Matisse,” says Guerlain perfumer Delphine Jelk on the brand’s website.
Jelk was inspired by the vibrant color palette synonymous with artist Henri Matisse’s works and strived to create a scent that would evoke as jovial of a feeling as Matisse’s artworks. The scent features a bright jasmine scent with hints of orange, apricot and floral notes.
At Guerlain, each fragrance is created in-house, using ingredients sourced sustainably by expert perfumers Jelk and Thierry Wasser.
Apart from creating luxe beauty and fragrance collections, Guerlain places a high priority on protecting the bees and working towards being a carbon-neutral company by 2030.
Award-winning actress Angelina Jolie is partnered with the brand and its quest to preserve bees and their environments. She works as an activist and mentor in the field as the “Godmother” of the initiative. You may remember the startling photo of Jolie covered in bees, shot for National Geographic by photographer Dan Winter.
In July 2021, Guerlain launched its Women For Bees program, an entrepreneurial beekeeping program in partnership with UNESCO to raise awareness of bee preservation and biodiversity. In addition, the program offers “Bee School,” a program run by Guerlain employees for kids to learn more about bees.
