What inspired you to specialize in keratin extensions?
My journey with keratin bond extensions started as a personal solution for my thin and fragile hair after pregnancy. A pivotal moment came when my very first client, a retired cancer survivor, entrusted me to give her a makeover—a moment I hold dear.
While traditional hair extension methods often require maintenance every 4-6 weeks, keratin bonds offer exceptional longevity and flexibility that last 4 to 6 months with no maintenance required. Since keratin is the same protein that makes up our hair, these extensions expand and contract when wet, allowing them to be colored and making them ideal for individuals sensitive to metal or adhesive products.

At our salon, we specialize in a variety of extension methods for both hair and lashes, which has become my passion. The key to achieving beautiful, healthy, and long-lasting results lies in proper application. We pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of innovation, utilizing advanced techniques like CombLine and V-Light hair extensions, which are comparable to the groundbreaking FlashCure by XtremeLashes. With 17 years of experience in lash extensions, I have honed my process to extend the time between lash appointments to as long as six weeks. My ultimate goal is to make my clients' lives easier, more beautiful, and empowering.

What's the most unexpected hair transformation you've ever delivered?
We had a young client who visited with her mom seeking solutions for alopecia areata, an autoimmune disorder causing patchy hair loss. We developed an approach using mixed extension methods that provided flexible coverage for affected areas while adding volume and length. Witnessing her confidence bloom again as we addressed both the practical concerns and emotional impact of her condition made this transformation especially rewarding.
