She opened her boutique spa-like dental office in 2020 during the pandemic, carving out a notable niche in Washington DC’s competitive healthcare landscape.
“It required a significant investment of time, money and effort under very uncertain circumstances, but it has allowed me to create a unique and personalized experience for my patients,” Dr. Fagan says.
This Dynamic Woman’s journey to success is rooted in her core values: ambition, adaptability and empathy. As someone who has always been innately driven to achieve everything she sets her mind to, Dr. Fagan is constantly looking for new ways to improve.
“As a military child, I can adapt to new challenges and embrace change, which helps me stay ahead in the ever-evolving field of dentistry,” she says. “Understanding and addressing my patients’ concerns and anxieties helps create a comfortable and trusting environment, which is essential for a successful dental practice.”
Not only does Dr. Fagan serve the community through her commitment to her patients but also through her philanthropic efforts with Girls On The Run - DC. “For every new patient that comes to the office, we are able to help sponsor a young girl to join Girls On The Run, empowering her through physical activity and personal development programs.”
Inspired by the powerful women in her life, Dr. Fagan offers this advice to the next generation of female leaders: “Believe in yourself and your vision, and don’t be afraid to take risks and make mistakes, as they are essential for growth.”
