Experience new flavors this Easter with Equinox’s eight course menu with unlimited tastings. Guests will be able to dine on dishes like cream of Jerusalem artichoke soup, cauliflower and sweet potato shawarma, and chocolate chip pancakes, to name just a few. The best part? The menu is completely plant-based and vegan.
To top off your meal, try a strawberry-rhubarb mimosa or their white sangria with pineapple, mint, green grapes, pear and German riesling. Finally, every guest will leave with a basket of Easter confections. Brunch runs from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and reservations can be made here. The pistachio crusted rack of lamb will be dressed in mint salsa verde, caramelized cipollini onions, along with a collard green wrapped polenta. Sip on beverage director Danilo Simic’s special chocolate and chili martini, only available during Easter brunch. Head to Teddy & The Bully Bar for both Passover Seder dinner and Easter brunch this holiday season. On Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16 there will be a Passover Seder dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring matzo ball soup, chopped liver and brisket, and a bevy of tasty desserts. Brunch in style at the St. Regis’s grand Easter brunch, held at the historic Astor Ballroom and Astor Terrace. A seafood luge, carving stations, omelet stations and a stunning Easter dessert display will fill the room. There will be an additional variety of entrees and live music throughout the event. Add on bottomless bloody marys and mimosas for an additional charge. Kids will be invited to hunt for Easter eggs on the terrace, and one lucky participant will win afternoon tea for a group of four if they can find the golden Easter egg.
