Bethesda’s Dr. Arleen Lamba, founder of Glo30 (glo30.com), chats business, mantras and fall.Dr. Arleen Lamba’s Glo360 expands into new markets this fall.
Best business advice you ever received? Someone told me there will be days when you want to give up. But those are the days you need to keep going. I now have a saying in my company, KIM, or keep it moving. Whether you’re having a great, tough or ordinary day, the plan stays the same—keep moving forward.
What’s your mantra? It doesn’t have to be perfect to be great. Many of us feel pressured to fit into predefined boxes, but I believe that true greatness isn’t about perfection; it’s about embracing the journey and staying present.
What are three things to keep skin looking its best this fall? Commitment to self and a routine. Heal your skin from what may have happened to it this summer. Prepare your skin for what will happen in the winter, and find a face sunscreen you love to use daily.
What are you most excited about this fall? New members are joining our Glo360 community in cities like Austin, Charlotte, Annapolis, Seattle, Dallas—the list goes on. Our goal is to make skincare accessible, and seeing that happen in large, medium and small cities is a full-circle moment.
