HIGHLIGHT OF THE YEAR A highlight of the year was renovating and decorating four homes for clients and selling them for over the list price. I love what I do, so it’s hard to think about just one highlight.

Many clients refer to me as their personal concierge as they know I have high standards and am a master people connector. I am proud to say clients call me for everything from contractors, restaurant recommendations to renovation and design advice. It brings me great joy to continue to help clients many years after a transaction is over!
REAL ESTATE REFLECTIONS Inventory is especially low, and a lot of people are choosing to do major renovations inside their homes because they do not want to lose that 3% interest rate. We will eventually see those people selling within the next year or two.
