COCKTAIL: The Nico, named after the bartender who first made it for me in Florida, with 2 ounces of Casamigos (casamigos.com) Blanco tequila, 1-ounce fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon agave nectar, a dash of soda water, mottled cucumber, shaken over ice in a cocktail shaker, and served in a coupe or martini glass with floating cucumber slice garnish.
SOULMATE: Collectively, my girlfriends. And also, I think my dog Charly sees my soul.
BEDTIME: Ideally, 10 p.m.
