DIET: For the most part, I gave up sugar, and it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

UNIFORM: My work uniform these days is a lot of pantsuits, but I will always love a pretty dress.

FAVORITE MEAL: A giant plate of well-done crispy French fries
MOVIE: Love Actually MENTOR: Frank Sesno and Judy Woodruff and, of course, my parents.
SHOES: All of them. And as high of a heel as possible.
BEST ADVICE: [When doing] an interview, just listen.
MANTRA: Don’t take yourself too seriously, and you can find humor in anything.
TV SHOW: Recently? Succession. TV show I can recite every line? The Brady Brunch.
COCKTAIL: The Nico, named after the bartender who first made it for me in Florida, with 2 ounces of Casamigos (casamigos.com) Blanco tequila, 1-ounce fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon agave nectar, a dash of soda water, mottled cucumber, shaken over ice in a cocktail shaker, and served in a coupe or martini glass with floating cucumber slice garnish.
SOULMATE: Collectively, my girlfriends. And also, I think my dog Charly sees my soul.
BEDTIME: Ideally, 10 p.m.
