100 - That’s the number of VIP cards available as part of Bourbon Steak’s sumptuous new membership club—and you can only nab one if you are a loyal patron. “We’re recognizing commitment to our restaurant and reciprocating that,” says GM John Gilbert. Recipients of The Card (its name, natch) are at the discretion of the establishment, which has been slicing out exclusive cuts and rare drams for 10-plus years to Georgetown denizens and travelers who favor supreme hospitality. The perks, for the most part, are hush-hush. Being a member ensures a table for up to four guests within an hour’s notice. Beyond that, things get personal—the team has taken steps to ensure that benefits are tailored to the cardholders themselves. “We discovered that a longtime guest doesn’t enjoy Champagne,” notes Gilbert. “Now we make sure to start the meal with a complimentary cocktail for him and his wife. It’s personal touches like this that really make it special.” 2800 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, 202.342.0444, fourseasons.com/washington
