3 Stars Brewing Company—which is quickly becoming a go-to brew in town—celebrates its FIRST birthday Friday night with a party at the amazing ChurchKey. The owners of 3 Star, Dave Coleman and Mike McGarvey, will bring along 20 of their brews for the party, including one beer that captures the taste of summer: Lime Basil Saison. They’ll also have their brown ales and porters. If you can’t make it Friday night, you can always stop by 3 Stars in Northwest DC for tours at 2 and 3 pm; fill your growler and do a little tasting from 1 until 5 on Saturdays.
