You'll surely want to brave the winter weather for this trio of events taking place in DC.
The ice domes at Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC

1. Anniversary Affair
There are many tempting tastes at Bourbon Steak at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC. You could simply head to its winter ice domes for the Bourbon on Ice Unlimited, including two and a half hours of bottomless Krug and East Coast oysters ($500 per person). Or there’s the 10-year anniversary. While the main dinner Jan. 19 has sold out, dishes from that evening's menu will be available in the main dining room throughout the month. To top it all off: The first brunch ($75 per person) ever to be held at the eatery will take place Jan. 20. That will include a live DJ, who will deliver the tunes of the times while you indulge on a Bloody Mary Fountain or the 10-layer birthday cake. A final treat: A portion of the anniversary festivities will be donated to No Kid Hungry. Reservations required for all events, 2800 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, 202.342.0444

2. Light a Fuse
Head to Artechouse to catch Everything in Existence during the immersive exhibit’s opening week. Dreamed up by internationally renowned Italian artist studio fuse*, the program showcases the concept of eternity and infinity, and gives viewers new ways to think about our world. The four multimedia installations allow audiences to experience different perceptions of reality and new viewpoints that seek to help us remember that we are just a small part of something vast. It stems from the studio’s mission: to create new approaches to express the intersection of art, science and technological research. The exhibition runs Jan. 17 to March 10. Tickets $15, 1238 Maryland Ave. SW

3. Starry, Starry Night
Space enthusiasts should nab tickets to NSO Pops: Star Wars: Return of the Jedi in the concert hall at The Kennedy Center, Jan. 22 to 24. Steven Reineke will conduct the National Symphony Orchestra in delivering John Williams’ Oscar-nominated score while the film plays on-screen. There will be themed cocktails, popcorn and snacks from the intermission bars. (And experience it again Feb. 21 to 23 with The Force Awakens.) Out of this world. Tickets $34-$149, 2700 F St. NW, 202.467.4600
